Terms of use
Version of 20 October 2026, to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
- The service
- Dubio reads initial public offering prospectuses and returns a report with objections, a classification and a statistical prediction.
- Access
- For now, sign-in is by invitation only. The account is personal: you sign in with a link or a code sent to the account email, with no password.
- Not advice
- The report is not an investment recommendation, a credit rating or an audit. Investment decisions belong to whoever makes them.
- Uploaded files
- Whoever uploads a file confirms they may do so. Dubio uses it only to produce the report.
- Reports
- The report may be quoted with the source and report number. Reports stay on Dubio even after the account is deleted, with no link to whoever asked for them.
- Closing and deleting the account
- The account can be deleted in My account. It closes at once; after 7 days, personal data is deleted for good (see the Privacy policy). The author can also remove access to an account, without deleting anything.
- Liability
- Dubio is an academic project, provided as is. The report describes the document and may contain errors: it does not replace reading the prospectus or a professional analysis, and it is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of it.
- Governing law
- Portuguese law.
